One more change implemented step-by-step from 2020 is the possibility of issuing proficiency certificates on general education subjects such as mother tongue and mathematics.

Now, a proposal on this issue has been introduced. This proposal suggests the implementation of proficiency certificates on general education subjects in order to create conveniences and opportunities for applicants by simplifying the testing procedures.

Applicants will have this opportunity even before graduating from their schools.

If applicants obtains necessary certificates before submitting applications, they will be exempt from admission tests.

Meanwhile, concerned ministries and agencies are working out mechanisms to implement this procedure.
