The deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Doniyor G'aniev reported on March 14, 2022, in his telegram that the report of the Accounts Chamber on the activities of 2021 is currently being considered by the deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

When studying the documents of students enrolled in higher educational institutions on an additional differentiated paid-contract basis (colloquial form - “super contract”), it was found in 10 higher education institutions, by falsifying the scores of 117 students in the State Testing Center's handbook, the amount of the "super contract" is listed as a total of 9.6 billion soums lower.

This report is being misinterpreted by many and it is believed that the scores in the accounts (State Test Center Reference) were falsified by the State Test Center.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that every year after the completion of the entrance exams to the bachelor's degree programs of higher education institutions the test results are approved by the State Commission and published on the official website of the State Test Center. Test scores in a section of a higher education institution are delivered to the higher education institutions.

Higher education institutions use these accounts to recruit applicants.

The State Test Center does not participate in the process of admission of applicants for training on the basis of an increased paid contract. Higher educational institutions accept applicants for training on a paid-contract basis on the basis of an application and test results.

In the message of the deputy Danier Ganiev, it is said that "... by falsifying his results in the reference book of the State Test Center ...". That is, in other words, the points in the reference book (register) of the State Test Center were falsified.
