According to the statement of the State Commission No. 7, it was allowed to transfer the studies of citizens of Uzbekistan studying in higher education institutions of the Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov and Krasnodar regions of the Russian Federation to the state higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.

With the relevant statement of the State Commission, it was allowed to exceptionally transfer the studies of Uzbek citizens studying in higher education institutions in the regions of Crimea and Sevastopol to state higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

Citizens of Uzbekistan who want to transfer their studies from the Crimea and Sevastopol regions should submit an online application until November 20 (the same day) through the "Transfer studies from the Crimea and Sevastopol regions" section of www.my.dtm.uz.
