The order of the director of the anti-corruption agency "On the approval of the model forms of the notification of existing conflicts of interest, declarations of potential conflicts of interest and the register of accounting of conflicts of interest" was approved.
In accordance with the annex to the order, documents are filled out and maintained in state bodies or other organizations based on the following model forms:
- Notification of existing conflict of interests;
- Declaration of the employee on possible conflict of interest;
- Declaration of possible conflicts of interest of related persons;
Conflict of interest register:
- Notification of existing conflict of interest by this employee when a situation of conflict of interest arises in the employee of a state body or other organization;
- Declaration of possible conflict of interest by the employee when the employee is hired, when he is transferred to another job and at the end of the year;
- Declaration on possible conflict of interests of related persons is filled out by persons related to the employee.
Existing and potential conflicts of interest are included in the Register of Conflicts of Interest.
These model forms provide for the implementation of the same approach and practice in filling and maintaining the above documents on conflicts of interest in state bodies or other organizations.
This order comes into force on December 6 of this year.
