Today marks the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Flag”.
According to this law, adopted on November 18, 1991, the state flag is a symbol of the state sovereignty of the Republic of Uzbekistan, embodying the national and cultural traditions of the republic.
The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan serves as the emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the United Nations, on the facades of embassies and representative offices of our state in foreign countries, at sports competitions, international conferences, and in general, in international relations!
Among the state symbols, our free flag embodies the glory, historical memory, and aspirations of our people, giving pride, honor, and glory to every citizen living in this country, and it is eternal!
