It is known that in the reports No. 7 and 8 of the State Commission, it is allowed to transfer the studies of citizens of Uzbekistan from some regions to the state HEIs in Uzbekistan as an exception:

• with report number 7 - Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov and Krasnodar regions;
• With report No. 8 - Crimea and Sevastopol regions.

In this:

• acceptance of applications for transfer of studies by the State Test Center;
• the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should check whether the students have actually studied at a particular HEI;
• the decision to allow the transfer of studies is to be taken by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.

Therefore, the State Test Center received applications for transfer of studies from November 1-30, and all information was submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.
