Decree of the State Commission No. 1 approved the distribution of admission rates on the basis of an additional two percent state grant for persons with disabilities in the context of higher educational institutions and other forms of education.

According to it, a total of 3,155 additional quotas have been allocated for people with disabilities in the country. In terms of forms of education:

• for full-time education - 2,270;
• for part-time education - 754;
• for evening education - 131
