In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 395, applicants with a national or international certificate of level B2 or higher in a foreign language will be given maximum points in this subject.

In this case, the list of international English language examination systems includes the Cambridge Assessment English Linguaskill certificate, and this certificate is taken into account when entering the bachelor's degree program of HEIs.

The following procedure was determined by the relevant statement of the State Commission:

Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, the Cambridge Assessment English Linguaskill international certificate will be taken into account only for applicants who have passed the exam under the direct supervision of representatives of the organization at the officially registered exam centres of the Cambridge Assessment English organization.

Therefore, maximum points will be awarded to applicants who have passed the Linguaskill certificate exam with direct participation in official exam centres. Certificates obtained online without going to exam centres will not be considered.
