Important and urgent work is being carried out in our country to prevent the spread of the pandemic. In this regard, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 19, 2020 PF-5969 "On priority measures to mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic and the global crisis on the economy" was adopted and restrictions were implemented by the statement of the meeting of the Republican Special Commission on the preparation of the program of measures to prevent the entry and spread of coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 21, 2020 No 8.

In order to ensure the implementation of the requirements and tasks set in them and to establish additional measures in connection with the COVID-19 - Coronavirus pandemic, the following changes were made to the normal operation of the institution in accordance with the order of the Director of State Test Center:

1. Employees are allowed to work remotely at home, to organize work in such modes and to be paid, the organization of work and payment of wages in such modes of work is defined.

2. Unpaid leave is allowed for a period not exceeding 1 month, due to the current situation.

3. Employees working remotely, ie at home, were provided with computer equipment entitled to them under their financial responsibility and were temporarily allowed to take it to work at home, as well as the cost of traffic required to connect to the Internet will be covered by State Test Center.

It was noted that 42.05% of the total number of employees currently working in the central office and regional branches were given regular leave, 3.6% - unpaid leave, and a group of employees working remotely was formed.

The list of employees remaining in the office was also approved, and the following tasks were assigned to protect their health:

→ ensure and monitor the regular disinfection of workplaces in full compliance with sanitary requirements;

→ provide appropriate areas (all rooms, corridors, toilets) with personal protective and hygienic means (soap, antiseptic gels, etc.);

→ control of disinfection of public and private vehicles entering the premises;

→ ensuring that employees have access to reminders, exhibitions and other important operational information on personal hygiene in the workplace and in the area, as well as updating and supplementing them.

At the same time, the relevant departments were instructed to warn employees not to gather, to keep a distance, not to shake hands, not to participate in various public events.
