Jizzakh branch of the State Testing Center has finished the first phase of the planned training seminar. These seminars were conducted on 13-24 January to inform the general public about the decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan made to ensure fairness and transparency in the selection of scholars for higher education institutions.

More than 2,300 heads of public education departments, principals of secondary schools, secondary school students, and community activists attended the those open dialogue meetings.

At the meetings, participants were told about the ongoing work on the radical reform of public education institutions, the changes and innovations made by State Test Center, in particular, diagnostic tests, the subjects chosen according to the the field of education, the number of test tasks and assessment criteria.

The second phase of training seminars is scheduled for February.
