It is known that this year for the first time the State Test Center conducted tests on the transfer of students from foreign countries to public higher education institutions in Uzbekistan (professional and creative exams were held by universities).

It was attended by 85,261 out of 87,486 applicants scheduled to take the test.

Although the minimum passing score for transferring studies was set by the relevant ministries and agencies at a much lower level, 72% of applicants failed to meet this minimum requirement.

In fact, it is good that our young people study at prestigious universities abroad. However, the goal is not to study abroad and become a leading specialist in their field but to somehow transfer the study to Uzbekistan in 1 year, which is no longer a good situation, of course.

Many consulting firms are now offering to enroll in universities in neighboring countries without any exams, promising to relocate to Uzbekistan in a year's time.

Dear applicants and their parents!

No company can guarantee the transfer of students from foreign countries to public higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No-5157 dated June 22, 2021, all students must pass an exam to transfer their studies from abroad to Uzbekistan and the requirements set by the ministries and departments with higher education institutions.

Therefore, for those whose main purpose is not to study abroad but to transfer students to Uzbekistan after 1 year. State Test Center advises not to believe the promises of winter transfer to Uzbekistan and to prepare carefully for the tests, relying on their own knowledge.

Note: The following are statistics on the transfer of study from abroad, and more than 50% of the applicants who took the test failed to score 56.7 points (30% of the maximum score).
