On January 19-20, 2021, the second stage of exams to assess "speaking skills" was passed to establish a monthly  salary bonus to the teachers of foreign language.

The exams were conducted face-to-face with applicants in the building of the State Test Center in Tashkent, and in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and in the regions through the Zoom platform.

The exam was attended by teachers of foreign languages ​​in English, German, French, Persian, Turkish, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.

The establishment of a monthly supplement of 15% or 30% to the base salary of teachers of foreign languages ​​is made for applicants who have successfully passed the last stage - speaking - and they are issued a corresponding certificate.

The final result of the test is valid for a period of 3 years.
