On February 21, 2022, a meeting was held between the State Test Center and the British Council to further develop cooperation.

The meeting was attended by the director of the State Test Center M. Karimov, deputy directors S. Radjabov, Sh. Batirov, head of the department for assessing the level of knowledge and proficiency in a foreign language J. Nurmatov, head of the Scientific Training and Practical Center at the State Test Center A. Baratov, chief specialist N. Lutfiev, Director of the British Council in Uzbekistan Denis Weddingham, as well as representatives of the British Council Victoria Clark, Joanna Mootheram, J. Gulyamova, A. Maksakov, A. Sadykov.

The meeting touched upon such issues as promoting the Aptis for Teachers test, providing full information to test-takers, getting answers to questions by organizing a voice chat with representatives of the British Council.

Also during the meeting, an agreement was reached on further expanding the scope of cooperation and carrying out relevant work in order to implement the planned areas of cooperation.
