On February 11, 2021, a literary meeting was held at the State Test Center on the occasion of the 580th anniversary of the birth of the Sultan of Poetry Mir Alisher Navoi and the 538th anniversary of the great king, commander and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.
The event commemorated the role of our great ancestors in world history, international and national literary life, their contribution to the development of the Uzbek language. The event was visited by the member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Philosophy, poetess Sayyora Toychiyeva, A. Deputy Director of the Museum of Literature named after Navoi, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Otabek Juraboev and Doctor of Philology, Literary Critic Olim Kayumov and staff of the State Test Center.
The participants of the event directly studied the work and the rich creative heritage of Mir Alisher Navoi, including the establishment of the Order of A. Navoi, facsimile copies of his works, art, documentary filmmaking and more.
During the event, there was a lively discussion about the invaluable creative heritage of our ancestors, who left an indelible mark on the socio-political life and literature of the world. At the end, the participants were shown a video created by the State Test Center on the occasion of the birthday of our grandfather A. Navoi.
The literary meeting made a great impression on the participants and raised a full of interesting questions and comments.
