All applicants who successfully passed tests on the level of a foreign language proficiency conducted on November 19-21, 2019, can receive their  certificates starting from December 4.

Certificates can be obtained either at the State Test Center or at regional branches of the STC in case it was indicated by the applicant during their registration.

The applicants who indicated Tashkent or Tashkent region during registration can receive certificates in the building of the STC with an identification document being shown. Those who indicated the Republic of Karakalpakstan or other regions during registration have the opportunity to receive certificates starting from December 6 with an identification document being presented, as well.

The certificate is issued personally to the applicant if they confirm their identity with an identification document or to the authorized representative in case notarized power of attorney being presented.

Note: certificates are issued in the STC and other regional branches on week days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Saturday and Sunday are days off.
