The Presidential Decree No. PF-269 of December 21, 2022, abolished the State Inspection of Education Quality Control. It was determined that its tasks and functions would be divided between the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

For this reason, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation assigned the Agency for Assessment  Knowledge and Competences to take measures to accept the functions of providing nostrification and apostille services.

Currently, the Agency for Assessment  Knowledge and Competences is working on receiving an information base for providing nostrification and apostille services, developing an information system based on it, and integrating it with relevant information systems.

Considering that these processes take some time, we inform you that measures are being taken to launch these services in March.
