Today, on February 9, 2022, a literary and educational event dedicated to the 581st anniversary of Alisher Navoi, the Sultan of Poetry, was held in the Alley of Writers in Tashkent.

It was attended by government and public figures, poets, writers, literary critics and representatives of government agencies, as well as employees of the State Test Center.

The event featured lectures by scholars studying the works of Navoi in our country and abroad, excerpts from the works of the poet, readings of classical songs by Navoi ghazals.

At the end of the event, flowers were laid at the foot of the statue of Alisher Navoi.
